Special Guided Visit of the Fondation Custodia at the Hôtel Turgot in Paris

The French Chapter of the Society of the History of Collecting is delighted to invite you to a Special Guided Visit of the Foundation Custodia at the Hôtel Turgot in Paris

on Monday 20 April 2026, 3:00-4:30 pm (CEST)

This visit will offer a rare opportunity to explore the elegant eighteenth-century interiors of the Hôtel Turgot, where paintings, antique furniture, and works of art from the Frits Lugt Collection are displayed in situ. The tour will focus on the history of the collection and the figure of Frits Lugt. The visit is open to a limited group of 15 participants (10 members and 5 non-members),

Les membres de la Society for the History of Collecting sont conviés à une visite guidée exceptionnelle de la Fondation Custodia, à l’Hôtel Turgot à Paris, le lundi 20 avril, de 15h à 16h30. Cette visite offrira l’opportunité de découvrir les salons d’un hôtel particulier du XVIIIe siècle, où sont présentés peintures, mobilier ancien et œuvres d’art issus de la collection Frits Lugt. Elle permet d’aborder l’histoire de cette collection et la postérité de Frits Lugt. La visite est ouverte à un groupe restreint de 15 participants (10 membres et 5 non-membres).
